The Iris hotel by Heitor Jérôme

Hi, people !

Monday September 28th

In this blog I explain my discontentment about an Iris hotel in Paris.
I will show the true face of Iris hotels and I will be as objective as possible!

The room is so tiny !!!!

80$ a night for the smallest room!!! It's a scandal ! I didn't even have the space to put my bag. It was a room for midgets, not for normal-sized people. It was the tiniest room I have ever seen!

Oh my god, spider attack !!!

What the hell ??

I wanted to put my clothes in the cupboard when I saw a spider there. I HATE spiders, they're the most disgusting insects !!!

Cold night:

That night the air conditioning was broken (was out of order) it was awesome (ironical).
I spent a cold night, it was even colder than Alaska.

Tuesday September 29th: this morning no breakfast

This morning I waited for 2 hours in my room wondering what the staff was doing/ where the staff was.
I haven't had breakfast, it was the most horrible morning of my life snif.

Broken window:

To start the day I wanted to open the window and breathe some fresh air but the window refused to open.

It's time to leave

Now I must go from this hotel (I must leave this hotel) my punishment is over

that's for sure, it was the WORST hotel;

Goodbye

practicing your English

-Newspod. BBC radio: de l'anglais britannique.

-Best of Today. BBC radio: sans doute plus difficile que les autres.

-Today in Parliament: mon préféré mais le plus difficile. Des sujets liés au parlement britannique. c'est souvent amusant.

Wildfire burns in Southern California is the title of the video that we watched in class. It was taken from the podcasts ABC News.

We worked on it without watching the video so it was more difficult but now you can watch it again to practice.

ABC News is a free podcast so you can watch it online.
